Biography

Donna is the active practicing partner at Parr Price Law, PS - a legacy firm in Olympia, Washington which dates back to 1906. Parr Price focuses primarily on estate planning, probate, T.E.D.R.A. agreements and litigation, trust administration, Vulnerable Adult actions under RCW 74.34, and long-term care insurance disputes.

Donna is a proud native of Washington State, with multi-jurisdictional experience as both a litigator and an advocate. Also licensed to practice law in the State of Kansas, Donna was thrilled to return home to Washington after living in the Midwest, Texas, and in Florida. She has a great deal of experience in litigation, as well as advocating for both children and elders in her community. Donna has represented individuals before the U.S. Tax Court, businesses in Federal District Court civil actions, and both businesses and individuals in real estate transactions.

Donna earned her J.D. from Seattle University School of Law. She worked as a legal intern for a leading personal injury litigation firm in Tacoma prior to sitting for the Washington Bar Exam. She served as a Deputy Prosecutor in the Sex Offender Division for Kitsap County, worked as a dedicated appointed counsel for juveniles in Mason County and was successful in her own private practices in both Washington and in Kansas. Donna is able to continue her role as a litigator at Parr Price Law whenever and wherever her clients require it to serve their best interests. In her spare time, you'll often find Donna on or in the water paddle boarding, scuba diving, or learning to surf.
